March 2022 Format Updates

Changes to Expedition and Draft Packs from the March 2 patch

March 5, 2022 - Eternal's Draft Packs were updated recently with new cards. Alongside a handful of buffs and nerfs, these changes should shake up Expedition. Draft is also being refreshed with the addition of Nightfall, along with weighting changes a swapped pack order.
