September 2021 Format Updates

Changes to Expedition and Draft Packs from the 9/23 patch

September 23, 2021 - Eternal's Draft Packs were updated today with new cards. Alongside a handful of buffs and nerfs, these changes should shake up Expedition before the format's upcoming $5k Open tournament. Draft is also being refreshed with weighting changes and a swapped pack order.
